Dominex Athletics is a brand operated by Habib Mughal LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Habib Mughal LLC.

Order details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and U.S. shipping address, plus the products you buy.

Payment details: card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number or security code. Stripe shares with us only what we need, such as payment status.

Reviews: if you leave a product review, we store your name, review text and email address (your email is never published).

Device and usage data: our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which we use for security, fraud prevention and keeping the site working.

We use your information to process and deliver your order, send order confirmation, shipping and delivery emails, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for their service:

• Stripe — payment processing and fraud screening
• Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL) — to deliver your order
• Resend — sending order and shipping emails
• Vercel and Neon — website hosting and secure database storage
• Cloudinary — hosting product images
• Google Maps — the order confirmation page shows a map of your city, which sends your city, state and ZIP code (not your street address) to Google

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. Our admin area uses a strictly necessary sign-in cookie for the store owner only.

All traffic to our website is encrypted with HTTPS. Customer contact and address details are stored encrypted in our database, and access to order information is limited to the store owner. We keep order records only as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and product questions, and meet tax and accounting requirements.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (unless we must keep it, for example for tax records).
