Dominex Athletics is a brand operated by Habib Mughal LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Habib Mughal LLC.

We currently sell to customers with a delivery address in the United States, and you must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when payment is confirmed and we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud — and if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges, and sales tax where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided, so please check your address carefully. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Lifting belts, grips, wrist wraps and straps are training aids; they do not prevent injury. Choose the right size, inspect your gear before each use, stop using any item that is worn or damaged, and train within your ability. Consult a qualified professional if you have a medical condition or injury. Product information and size guidance on this website are provided to help you choose and are not medical advice.

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors on screen and small details can vary slightly. If a product you receive is not as described, contact us and we will put it right under our Refund Policy.

The Dominex name, logo, photos, videos, text and website design belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
