Refund policy
Not the right fit? Eligible U.S. orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Dominex Athletics is a brand operated by Habib Mughal LLC, a Virginia limited liability company.
30-day eligibility
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Products should be unused, unworn, clean and returned in original condition with included components and packaging where practical.
Items that may be declined
Items showing training wear, washing, misuse, alteration, heavy marking or missing components may not qualify. Any final-sale or personalized items will be clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
Inspection & refund
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Once your return arrives it is inspected, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos before sending anything back. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
